Meet Your
Ideal Client

"Get clear on who you serve, why they need you, and how to reach them with heart."

THE MOJO BUSINESS CLUB

Hi there! 👋

I'm so excited you're here. This isn't just a marketing exercise — it's a heart-led exploration to help you connect deeply with the people you're truly here to serve.

We're going to tune into their world, hear their voice, and uncover what they're really searching for — so your offers and message land with love, truth, and clarity.

Love, Abbey xx 💗

Set Your Intention

What made you say YES to this workbook?
What would it mean for your business and your energy to feel truly connected to your ideal client?
By the end of this, I'd love to feel…

Who Are They, Really?

Let's move past the typical "age + job title" description and get to know the real person behind your dream client.

How old are they / what stage of life are they in?
What's their daily life like right now?
What do they value most in life?
What are they craving more of, even if they can't quite name it?

When you speak to their soul, your message becomes magnetic ✨

What's keeping them up at night (literally or metaphorically)?
How do they feel about themself lately?
What have they tried to feel better — and why didn't it work?
What would they love someone to say to them right now?
How do you think they want to feel — in their body, their life, their work?

Hear Their Voice

Instead of writing about your dream client, become them for a moment. Write from their perspective using "I" statements.

I am someone who…
I feel frustrated when…
I wish someone would just…
It's hard for me to admit that…
I've tried to fix it by… but I still feel…
What I really need is…

Meet Them in the Everyday

Understanding what their daily life actually looks like helps you create content that feels real and relatable.

It's a Monday morning and they're… (What are they doing? How are they feeling?)
They open social media and see… (What catches their eye? What triggers them?)
They try to take a moment for themself, but… (What gets in the way?)
They stare at their wardrobe and think… (Confidence? Exhaustion? Pressure?)
They talk to a friend and say… (What are they confiding?)
They think about investing in themselves but… (What fears come up?)

How You Help Them Heal + Grow

You're not here to "fix" them — but to guide, support, and remind them of what's possible.

You are the guide, not the hero. Your magic doesn't change them — it helps them remember who they truly are.

Before They Find You

How are they feeling? What are they struggling with?
What's not working in their life or business?

After They Work With You

How do they feel now? What shifts have they had?
What results (big or small) are they seeing?

Craft a Message That Resonates

Use these as sentence starters for social posts, website copy, or email intros.

"If you've ever felt like…"
"I see you, and I want you to know…"
"You don't have to keep…"
"Imagine if instead…"
"This is for the person who…"

Meet Them Fully

Name (real or imagined)
Age / stage of life
Where to find them
Their go-to phrase
What they secretly want
What keeps them up
What makes them feel seen
How they want to feel
How you help them
Why you're perfect for them
Final message from them to you: "Thank you for…"

Talk Directly to Them

Here are 3 ways to start speaking straight to their soul:

  1. Write a "letter to them" as a social media post. Start with: "If you've been feeling…" or "I see you, and I created this for you because…"
  2. Review your website bio or services page. Ask: Does this speak to them? Does it answer their needs?
  3. Create a new offer, blog, or freebie that supports a struggle they're facing right now — reflecting on their words from earlier pages.
I now know my soul client is ready for me because…
💗

Thank you for showing up, digging deep, and leaning into the heart of your business.

You don't have to shout the loudest to grow a successful brand — you just have to speak clearly to the right person.

Your soul client is already out there, looking for what you bring. Trust that your message matters and that your energy is enough.

Love, Abbey xx
